Whether you need to revive a struggling real estate operation or kick your successful business into high gear, we are here to assist you in learning real estate from the inside out.

Functioning for more than 40 years, the Schlicher-Kratz Institute is a Berks County real estate continuing education school that provides classes in three areas to help its students learn real estate: mortgage loan origination training, real estate education and appraiser education.

At the Schlicher-Kratz Institute, our goal is to help you earn your license, not just learn real estate. This is why we provide real estate education, appraiser education and mortgage loan origination training classes in an online format and in a standard classroom setting.

Schlicher-Kratz Institute has offered, for over three decades, appraiser education to scores of appraisal students. The appraiser education portion of our Berks County real estate continuing education school has been approved by the Pennsylvania State Appraisal Board. Those who decide to learn real estate from us can receive dual real estate continuing education credits as our courses are approved for both appraiser and real estate licensees.

Mortgage loan origination training at the Schlicher-Kratz Institute is available both in classrooms and online, which means you will be receiving a high-quality real estate education at our Berks County real estate continuing education school at the Schlicher-Kratz Institute. As would be expected, our mortgage loan origination training classes include the 20-hour pre-licensing requirement under the SAFE Act.

Those who chose to learn real estate with us have provided such feedback to our instructors as “excellent,” “top-notch” and “Up-to-date with the changing industry.
