The Bucks County real estate continuing education school run by the Schlicher-Kratz Institute can help you revive a struggling real estate business or make a successful firm even stronger. Our professional instructors are here to assist you if you want to learn real estate from top to bottom.
Open since the mid-1970s, the Schlicher-Kratz Institute is a Bucks County real estate continuing education school providing education to assist pupils who aspire to learn real estate in three areas: mortgage loan origination training, real estate education and appraiser education.
Our real estate broker courses will fulfill your continuing education requirement for the renewal period in which you take them, as long as you were licensed as a salesperson before December 1, 2013. Schlicher-Kratz Institute has offered, for over three decades, appraiser education to many appraisal students.
We also offer one-credit real estate broker courses to fulfill the education requirement toward a New Jersey salesperson license if you are actively licensed as a salesperson in Pennsylvania. In addition, our mortgage loan origination training classes include the 20-hour pre-licensing requirement under the SAFE Act. The appraiser education portion of our Bucks County real estate continuing education school has been approved by the Pennsylvania State Appraisal Board.
Those who chose to learn real estate with us have provided such feedback to our instructors as “excellent,” “top-notch” and “Up-to-date with the changing industry. In addition, individuals who want to learn real estate from us can receive dual real estate continuing education credits.
